My Secret Weapon of Persuasion
This is a slideshow training I conducted on FB Live. In this training, I teach my secret weapon of persuasion—body language. Ninety-three percent of communication is non-verbal. It’s important for you to make sure you’re not using body language that confuses or undermines your message, and you need to know how to spot body language your client is using so you know if you’ve created rapport, losing rapport, and if you might be losing a sale.
