Genius Communication Refund Policy

1. Fees

  Fees for courses and products are set forth on this site. We reserve the right to change Course Fees at any time and at our discretion.

2. Refunds

      We want you to be satisfied with your products but also put forth your best effort and apply all of the strategies of any Course you purchase. We offer a 15-day refund period for the purchases of Courses with the following conditions:

        Contact us (link in footer) within 15 days of enrollment by 11.59 PM MST with submitted course work with your request for refund; 
        Proof of course work includes completed course workbook;
        Submit completed assessments;
        And any other assigned coursework.
    All refunds are discretionary as determined by Genius Communication, LLC. We will NOT provide refunds more than 15 days following the date of purchase (unless a special extended refund policy stated plainly in the offer). We will NOT provide refunds without the necessary proof of coursework, assessments, and assignments. After 15 days all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for payment even if you don't complete the program.  All refunds are discretionary as determined by Genius Communication, LLC.

2. Chargebacks. You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all bonuses or other materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our Courses. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

3. Termination. You have the unilateral right to terminate your use and access to any of our Course(s). Please contact us to initiate termination. However, termination will not initiate a Refund if not within set forth policies.
