Digital Marketing:

You know Facebook and other social media platforms are important for small businesses. But did you know that Facebook has surpassed YouTube on videos views! Forty-seven percent get their video content from Facebook and 41% from YouTube. On top of that, 71% of Facebook users who watch marketing videos say that the ADS they watch are RELEVANT! And, finally, 60-70% who watch your FB video ad go on over to your website!

What does this mean for you? First, video is king. Second, Facebook is VERY good at serving your ad to those who want to do business with you. And now you can advertise on both Facebook and Instagram at the same time. Or what about Pandora or Spotify? Both are great options for local businesses.

I’ve developed a system that first creates your brand based on research I gather from your current happy customers. Then I create and curate content that is in line with your business vision and what your customers love about you!

I charge $70 per hour. Depending on the initial groundwork and what you desire to do with your page, I’ll spend 2-10 hours a month working on your social media for you. Once established, it’s 1-3 hours a month. My goal is to work myself out of job meaning you learn how and what I do and take over, or you’re so busy, we have to stop the ads!

Website Design:

Your website is now your client’s first impression of you. Let me explain…

Your client hears about your business from a friend or business associate. What do they do? They immediately Google you or go to your website if they have it. They’ll then decide whether to do business with you based on what they see.

There are many more factors involved in creating a website that creates customers. I’ve developed a system that makes designing your website easy and fun for you. I’ve also developed a system that allows us to tap into the emotionology of your target customer that not only creates a great first impression but also inspires trust that you’re the one they should do business with!

Coaching:

The smartest and most successful people hire coaches—for personal and professional reasons. Coaching is not the same as counseling. A coach is someone who guides, gives you tools, cheerleads, and solves problems with you.

The way I work is I first gather data of the current situation or problem. Then we both dive into any past trauma, reframe it, examine your personality traits and how they are helping and hurting you, and more. I also give you tried and tested tools that I personally use that will help you change thoughts habits, behavioral habits, and emotional habits. You will learn that feelings are not who you are; they are simply data that we can examine and utilize.

I approach business problems and situations the same way. How are you helping or hurting the situation? What are your staff members’ personalities that might be causing problems? How do you deal with conflict? How do you motivate yourself and others?

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the #1 predictor of success. My coaching will increase your EQ, improve relationships, increase your bottom line, and more! Business coaching is $100 an hour and personal coaching is $70 an hour.

Hiring or Promoting:

Hiring or promoting the right people is the number one reason I’m hired. Unfortunately, many hire or promote those they like, but I’m a non-partial third party with expertise in behavioral styles, body language, and body language that can help you hire the right person for the position and your team using my proprietary process. This package includes:

  1. Research of each candidate

  2. Assessment evaluation

  3. Reference checking

  4. Customized interview questions for your business

  5. Up to three interviews

  6. Creation of a “how to work with” sheet

The assessments look at three aspects of the candidate including behavioral style to make sure they’re a good fit for the position and for your current staff, TEAM style, and values style. I look beyond skill, education, and experience to emotional intelligence and HOW they work making sure it’s right for the position.

I sit in on the interview process watching for body language and any deceptive red flags. I’m also often asked to ask specific questions based off the assessment specific to any particular areas that might be possible sources for conflict or hesitation on the job.

And, finally, the “how to work with” sheet is a quick overview of the supervisor’s behavioral style, specific things they expect, and how to best communicate with them plus any potential areas of misunderstanding and miscommunication.
