Schedule a quick discovery call to get started. We’ll clarify your goals, I’ll share how I work, and we’ll decide together if moving forward makes sense.
How We Will Work Together
Getting Started: What to Expect
The first appointment is what I call “the lay of the land.” It’s a time for me to really understand you—your goals, your current challenges, and the patterns that may be shaping your results.
I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and begin identifying where we can start making meaningful shifts. This gives us a clear direction moving forward.
You’ll usually leave that first session with a bit of intentional work to do—simple but important steps to help you start applying what you’re learning before we meet again.
The Nitty Gritty Work
Once we’re clear on your goals, we get to work. We start uncovering the thoughts and behaviors that may be quietly working against you—even the ones you may not realize are there.
There’s a lot of discovery in this process—learning how your mind works, becoming aware of your patterns, and understanding how your internal world is influencing your decisions, actions, and results.
From there, I’ll give you practical strategies and tools to help you shift those patterns. This is where transformation begins—when awareness meets intentional action.
Adjust and Adapt as Needed
Everything we do is meant to create real, lasting change—not just quick fixes. My goal is to give you the tools and understanding you need so you can continue this work long after we’re done. Truly, my goal is to work myself out of a job.
As you grow more confident and skilled with what you’re learning, we’ll gradually space out our sessions. This gives you time to apply the tools in your everyday life and build trust in yourself before we wrap up our time together.
Everything I teach you are the exact methods, tools, and strategies I still use in my own personal and professional growth. These aren’t just ideas—they’re real tools that I’ve tested, refined, and continue to rely on.
Coaching and counseling serve different purposes.
Counseling focuses on healing and mental health. Coaching focuses on awareness, growth, and intentional change.
As we uncover and shift patterns, many clients experience healing—but coaching is designed to equip you with tools to think differently, act with intention, and create lasting results.
BENEFITS OF COACHING
-
You begin to see your thoughts, patterns, and decisions more clearly. Instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you gain a stronger sense of direction and confidence in what to do next.
-
Many of the biggest blocks aren’t external—they’re internal. Coaching helps you uncover the thought patterns and behaviors that may be quietly limiting your growth so you can finally address them.
-
This isn’t just conversation. You’ll walk away with simple, effective strategies you can apply in real life—tools that help you shift your thinking, manage your emotions, and take action.
-
When your thinking changes, your actions follow. Coaching helps you build habits and patterns that support consistency, so you’re not starting over again and again.
-
Instead of reacting to everything around you, you learn how to stay grounded, process your thoughts more effectively, and respond with intention.
-
As you become more aware and more practiced with the tools, you begin to trust yourself—your judgment, your ability to handle challenges, and your ability to move forward.
-
This work is designed to stay with you. You’re not just solving one problem—you’re learning how to think and respond in a way that continues to serve you long after coaching ends.
